We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Located in a posh area on the outskirts of town, it provided the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. The bus stop right outside the door made exploring the area a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The building itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that the toilet and shower were inside the room, making our stay even more convenient. The on-site facilities, such as the terrace and garden furniture, provided a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My friend and I were attending a wedding in Stratford and needed to check in early. The staff at the youth hostel could not have been more helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

I recently stayed at YHA, and it exceeded my expectations! I was a bit unsure as it was my first time at a YHA, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was perfect for those on a budget, and my kids loved the games room. The option of eating in the restaurant or using the well-equipped self-catering kitchen was ideal. The shower was hot and powerful, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hostel and even joined the YHA for the next year!
Would recommend this hotel.

There was a friendly atmosphere and it enabled our whole family, including 2 babies, to stay together. Staff were all helpful. The choice of self-catering or using the restaurant on site was useful. Facilities were excellent value for money.
It was a warm evening and all the rooms were hot - it was difficult to open windows enough to moderate the temperature. Not something that happens often in the uk!

Staff were great and very helpful. Good facilities with breakfast and dinner options and a bar all on site. The room and shared bathroom facilities were very clean.
The room was very basic and the furniture and furnishings rather old and past it but I think this was reflected in the room rate

The hostel had clean and well-maintained shared facilities, a self-catering kitchen, and a grassy area for kids to play. The family room had an en suite bathroom and bunk beds for the children. The staff was polite and accommodating, providing a travel cot and upgrading our room. The grounds and games room were enjoyable, and the historic building had been refurbished to a high standard.
Everything was fantastic.

Excellent value for money and far far nicer than my distant memories of youth hostels. The old sheet sleeping bags have been replaced by sheets and duvets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Massive breakfast available at excellent price. The evening buffet seemed a bit expensive. Didn't bother with either as a self-catering kitchen is also available.

The hotel staff were very nice, always making sure I had everything I needed with a smile on their face. The clean and cozy room was just what I wanted, and the breakfast was definitely worth the money. the hotel facilities were great, from the recreation room to the lounge area.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The bathrooms were clean and nice.
When I booked the hostel, they give a price but when I arrived they charged us more money because we were not members. I found this unforgettable, they must put the real price and then do the discount for members. I will never go back to this hostel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If I book a hostel and they send the price they must respect it. The hostel does not worth the price.
